Help Self Help Centre is governed by a board of directors comprised of 7 experienced and committed members. The Board provides oversight and policy direction and ensures compliance with organizational policies by members and staff. The board is elected every 3 years. The day-to-day running of HSHC is the responsibility of the director who is an appointee of the Board. The director supervises 6 staff members who facilitate the implementation of the projects. The organisation is also supported by long and short-term volunteers.
